With over 30 years of experience, the Malabar brand combines traditional knowledge with modern processing techniques to deliver rice that meets the expectations of both traditional chefs and households. Known across regions as Jeera Samba, Jeera Kasala, Kaima, or Biriyani Rice, Malabar unites diverse culinary cultures with one promise: perfection in every pot. The manufacturing facility of Malabar is spread across 4.22 acres in Burdwan, West Bengal, which is equipped with advanced milling, grading and packaging systems that ensure consistent, hygienic and uncompromising quality at every stage of production. Malabar was created with a clear vision to set benchmarks in the biryani rice segment with premium aromatic short-grain varieties.
